Project Content
anto stands for clever, sustainable bicycle solutions that offer you more transportation options.

We develop high-quality bicycle accessories that flexibly expand your bike and adapt to your life. This way, your bike becomes a reliable everyday companion – ready for shopping, sports, family outings, or spontaneous adventures.

With anto, you ride easily, transport flexibly, and travel sustainably.

Tasks for Interns
As an intern at anto, you will help us bring the brand directly into the cycling community. The project combines event organization, community engagement, creative marketing and hands-on activities around bicycles.

Potential activities may include:
  • Developing creative bike missions, challenges and activities for cyclists
  • Planning and organizing pop-ups, test rides, cycling events and other local activities
  • Developing and implementing unconventional guerrilla marketing campaigns
  • Identifying interesting locations, cycling communities, events and potential cooperation partners
  • Reaching out to cycling groups, bike shops, local initiatives and other potential partners
  • Supporting product demonstrations and test rides and collecting feedback from cyclists
  • Creating ideas and materials for on-site campaigns and events
  • Documenting activities through photos, videos and social media content
  • Supporting the promotion of events and campaigns through digital channels
  • Observing and analyzing how people respond to different activities and using these insights to improve future campaigns

The exact projects and activities for Summer 2027 are not defined yet and will depend on the current stage of anto and upcoming opportunities. The intern will have significant freedom to develop their own ideas and take responsibility for individual activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to get out of the office, meet people, explore the cycling scene and turn creative ideas into real-world marketing activities.

Academic Level
  • Advanced undergraduate students (from the second year)
  • Master’s students
  • Doctoral candidates
Requirements
We are looking for an outgoing, creative and proactive person who enjoys working with people, bicycles and unconventional marketing ideas.

The ideal candidate should bring:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in approaching and talking to new people
  • Creativity and an interest in unconventional marketing ideas
  • Interest in bicycles, cycling culture and sustainable mobility
  • Enjoyment of organizing and participating in events and activities
  • An independent and proactive way of working
  • Ability to develop ideas and turn them into practical activities
  • Good organizational skills and reliability
  • Willingness to work outside the office and in different environments
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving start-up environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment, learn and try new things

Experience in event organization, marketing, social media, community management or public relations is a plus, but not required.

A driving license that is valid in Germany is helpful but not essential.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, open-minded and not afraid to take the initiative. If you see an interesting opportunity, we want you to be the person who says: “Let's try it.”

Expected Preparation
No specific preparation is required before the internship.

It would be helpful to have a general interest in bicycles, cycling culture, marketing and events. Familiarity with social media and basic content creation is a plus.

Before the start of the internship, we will provide an introduction to the anto brand, our products, target groups and planned activities. Specific tools, processes and event concepts can be learned during the internship.
