We are BeeMoreHive, an innovative platform offering sustainable solutions for mothers and expectant mothers. Our goal is to integrate sustainability into everyday family life, in the way that is pleasant and easy. We believe in the power of community and are dedicated to improving the lives of our members and the planet.
Tasks for Interns
  • Development and Implementation of Performance Marketing Strategies: Create, execute, optimize, and implement digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to maximize reach and conversion rates.
  • Community Building: Build and nurture our online community through engaging and valuable content and actively participate in discussions.
  • Campaign Management: Conduct and oversee marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive content for our website, social media, newsletters, and advertisements to capture the target audience's attention.
  • E-Commerce Strategies: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost sales on our platform.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing materials such as websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing campaigns (SEM).
  • Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously optimize them.

Requirements
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English, creativity, analytical thinking, and team spirit.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans based on industry trends and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across various teams.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English
