Project Content
WaveMakers is a Berlin-based startup that set out to redefine leadership by empowering women and underrepresented groups to be leaders in their own way.

WaveMakers about themselves:
At WaveMakers, we're rewriting the leadership narrative by making leadership education accessible to all and breaking free from outdated norms. We're a female-led startup from Berlin, and our mission is supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Social Fund of the European Union.

Our flagship offering, the WaveMakers Academy, redefines leadership education. It's a digital, cohort-based program empowering emerging leaders, especially women and underrepresented groups, in over 40 countries. Notable companies like Lego, Mercedes, SAP, and Zalando have already worked with us.

But we're just getting started. Our next stride is the WaveMakers App, an enterprise solution set to broaden the talent pool of emerging leaders and infuse it with diversity. Our AI-driven app will democratize leadership education, making it accessible across all organizational tiers. It's about creating personalized learning paths that speak to the unique needs and (often invisible) challenges of diverse talent to unlock their true potential.

Join us for a wavemaking internship or project. We look forward to hearing from you!
